We actually found the car online five years ago.  We bought it from a guy in
Torrance CA.  It was in nice shape, actually didn’t need anything done to it,
not until Larry got a hold of it.   
From the start he wanted
to change out the “tweed”
interior, but a mishap
started the ball rolling.
We were on the freeway
and a car in front of us
went over a big rig tire
tread and threw it up into
the front of the car causing
major front end damage.  
So in the shop it went
and Larry chose to have
the entire car repainted;
we were lucky to find a
brand new original grill
from a guy online, Larry
had the sun roof filled in
and after the repairs
came a new interior.
There is one flaw—no A/C, but we’ll get that fixed soon. She’s not a total show car,
but she sure is a lot of fun.
